Mcdonald's - Willowick

Waited 7 min on two hot fudge sundaes when they were sitting next to window. Workers were just standing there talking and didn’t even care I was at the window .

Waited 30 minutes for our food. Came up and asked the woman in the black sweater if we were at the right location. She looked at the order on my phone, said yes, and walked away. Saw my order that had been sitting there since we arrived. Came back up a second time and asked the girl in the blue if we could get a refund and was ignored. She grabbed our order that had been sitting there for 30 minutes, put it on the counter, and walked away without saying a word to us. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Ordered a Triple cheese burger meal. Large fry milk shake. Ended up giving me a McDouble. Called talked to a manger. He didn’t care. All he had to say is sorry I can’t help you. Terrible customer service.

Sooooo slow inside. I thought the ordering screens would be faster..Nope still took 18 min for a filet o fish. They missed the sandwich with the tarter sauce, all over the inside of the box, soooo the outside of the sandwich. On the upside, they tried to give me two drinks, tried hard...but I only took one, cuz I paid for one.
