While visiting my friend, he brought me to this establishment and spoke of how great the espresso are. When the lady asked what I would like, she got extremely ignorant when I asked for a Caramel Macchiato. She replied, oh great, another Starbucks customer! don 't you you know it 's just a Carmel Latte! No, there is a difference between the two! I didn 't engage, only because my friend goes there often and I didn 't want to become the topic of her conversation when he does go there.Really doesn 't matter how great an espresso can be, ignorant service can leave a a bad taste and a not so good review.All in all, the ' Caramel Latte ' ? was good and so was the Banana Bread. Customer service could use an uplift!
