The burgers are absolutely delightful! The meat is tender and cooked to perfection—not overdone at all. They offer a variety of preparation styles that are well worth trying. The fries are impressive too, with a soft interior and a crispy exterior. There are also great options like salads and milkshakes that are equally well-prepared. I can see why this restaurant is popular; it's clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be returning!

I didn’t order the fish and chips, which turned out to be a poor choice. Unfortunately, our server didn’t check if I wanted to order something else. However, the Margaritas, pretzel bites, Oreo milkshakes, and burgers were all quite enjoyable.

I hadn't been to a Red Robin in years, and my last experience there wasn't a great one. However, during our visit to Willoughby, Ohio this weekend, I have nothing but good things to say. The food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. Even with the advanced technology in place, our waitress efficiently took our order at the table, making everything run smoothly. I was very impressed and won't wait as long to return next time!

My sister and I ate here today. The salad i had was cold fried chicken pieces and the iced tea was too sweet. Vanessa was our waitress and awesome. She checked on us frequently. I will come back and choose a different item. Ty Vanessa!
