Pulp Juice And Smoothie - Willoughby

I had a terrible experience at the Pulp location in Willoughby today. Customer service is extremely important to me, and what I witnessed between a customer and the staff was simply unacceptable. I’m not aware of the background situation, but it appeared as though the employees were ganging up on the customer and refusing to assist her. They were accusing her of something, and she repeatedly denied their claims, stating they were mistaken. The employees’ attitude and tone towards her were completely inappropriate. After seeing this incident, I will not be returning and spending my money where I don't feel welcome.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! I can't believe how rude everyone was at this smoothie bar. It's supposed to be a place serving up refreshing and sweet treats, but instead, we were met with a lack of basic courtesy. The owner was unfriendly, and the staff followed suit. Neither the owner nor the employees made any effort to greet us, and if we dared to ask a question, we were met with short, dismissive answers or outright ignored. A smile was clearly too much to ask for! When the owner did speak, it felt more like a bark than a friendly response. Even my 10-year-old son noticed how unwelcoming they were. It was such a letdown.

I've visited this place twice, and the staff is really friendly. However, the acai bowls are the worst I've ever had.

Went to Pulp in Willoughby Ohio for my usual Kale Pow. I asked for a small got charged for a regular $8.75. This is the second time that this has happened at this location. I tasted it..No pineapple in it and and something else was missing. It was very dark looking. I asked if the pineapple was in it they said yes. I get these all of the time and I know if its not made properly. I asked for it to be remade and was told no..nor could I get a refund. Poor customer experienceI won't be back. $8.75 is too much to spend on a workers' mistake

I 've been coming here since it opened but haven 't been back for a bit. Today I visited at 6:45pm and the floor was being swept literally right under my feet...and when I moved the girl moved and continued to sweep around me. Then she started mopping. It wasn 't just me waiting for food and I 'm not sure why she needed to be cleaning literally around people when they close at 9pm. Finally, their bathroom is closed and they don 't have another option. Maybe today was just an off day?
