Mcdonald's - Willoughby

It's 26 degrees outside, and there are piles of shoveled snow everywhere. The store is about to close in less than an hour, and I've just treated myself to a hot cup of coffee. While it might not seem like a big deal, it means a lot to me, especially compared to the many times I've had to settle for lukewarm coffee. It's the little things in life that truly make a difference.

I haven't eaten at McDonald's in years, but recently I decided to go back and fulfill my patriotic duty as an American. I remember the interior used to be dark and dirty, and the staff was rude and unwelcoming. However, everything has changed for the better. The restaurant is now bright and clean, and the employees greet you with smiles and provide excellent customer service. The overall atmosphere has greatly improved. I'll update you on my health in a few months, as I've developed a new fast-food habit now that visiting is actually an enjoyable experience.

My husband works nearby, and I often stop by for lunch with him or to pick something up for him. The customer service here is outstanding, and the staff is always friendly and eager to assist you with whatever you need. Thank you!
