I stop by on my way home from working my night shift job. I always get a chai latte and sometimes a doughnut or two.I use the app to order ahead and pick it up at the drive thru window.Always fairly quick and accurate orders.One of these days I'll redeem my points from the rewards program and maybe order a breakfast sandwich. Another reason to use the app.

We ordered 12 donuts, after coming home we realized EVERY single one was old and stale! Right in the garbage they went! For $15.00 Dunkin, Please do better! We Will Never return.

They walked off when I asked about my order and told me to wait. Then when I approached them about the order, they looked at me crazy, and pulled my order, which was just sitting by the window.
