The people at the counter were excellent and were as nice as can be.... however I put in an online order over an hour in advance, and got my wings 45 minutes after the pickup time, someone came in and put in an order in person for more food than me and got their food before I did

The service was slow. My wings were not warm at all, but my tots were. My husband had a burger and onion rings which were ok. The ultimate nachos add brisket had maybe 5 shredded, tiny pieces of brisket. Not worth the additional charge. I personally won 't revisit this location.

Been here twice, order was messed up once, and both times were very slow, they were not busy at all. I will not be returning.

Several of our employees ordered from here today all got burgers.This was an instantly regretted decision by each of us. The fries and burgers were absolutely terrible and went unfinished. Absolute waste of money. We decided to go hungry instead of just eating it to get by. Extremely disappointing and will not be returning to order from here moving forward.

I been coming to this place for over 10 years and food always been good or at least decent.. but tonight’s boneless wings are just laughable.. how can you even serve this joke? Some of them are just breading coded in sauce..
