They were very short staffed, but they maintained service very well. I was impressed how they all worked together with each other. This was my first time at this location. We stopped at this Applebees on our way to Cleveland. No hostess. Ask a waiter and his rude response was he didn’t know where the staff or management was and he didn’t know what to tell us. We walked out. Totally unacceptable. Service: 1
