Dunkin' - Willoughby Hills

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in the city. I went inside yesterday and was told that they inside was closed and only drive through was open. I was very confused because the young man was sitting down talking on his cell phone. There were no signs on the door. He just blatantly refused service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The female manager this morning is very rude and sets an unprofessional example for your staff. The drive-thru staff had on a black dirty sweater with his hood on. This establishment has the worst service. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Donuts

I ordered two coffee hot ones and they gave me one hot one ice i didn’t order ice coffee they had me wait in line saying they were making a fresh pot had me waiting so long i asked did they want me to move while the other car behind can get their order they said no to have me wait longer to give me the nastiest cup of not no where bears hot freshly made taste hours old like why Service: 1

This location messes up orders like its their job. Which is unfortunate since they used to be quite put together Service: Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No signs on the door, door unlocked. I walk in the cashier says ma’am we already took the last customer inside. Drive through only “they forgot to lock the door” I will NOT be back. I won’t let this go COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I understand things happen but should’ve taken me. Mother in the hospital no time for long drive through line. I was only customer inside
