Contribuiți la feedbackI took my son and grandson, who live in the DC area, to experience a Whataburger. This location certainly met my expectations, though it was quite busy with high school playoff fans. I enjoyed a delicious chocolate shake, while my grandson wasn't as impressed with the white chocolate raspberry flavor.
This location served high-quality food that was always hot. However, they didn't receive top marks because the dining room service was lacking. All the staff were focused on the food and drive-thru, leaving those of us in the dining area waiting. I stood for at least five minutes without anyone showing up at the front desk. Eventually, I had to lean over and yell into the kitchen to get someone's attention. This was a significant oversight on their part.
The restaurant is in a busy area, and while it's easy to find, getting in and out can be a bit confusing. Aside from that, it was a typical dining experience. Food preparation takes a little longer since everything is made to order. However, my order was completely correct, which is a refreshing change for fast food these days.
The employees here are very nice and always assist you as fast as they can during the lunch rush or the late nights. But the manager named Jessica excels in talking down to customers, being very rude and making wonder why you even bothered spending yourtime and money here! I?d usually not care and assume she had a bad day but unfortunately this isn?t the first time I?ve had tohear her foul mouth! I?d at least expect the managers to have some decency and just talk to you like a normal person. Good thingChick-fil-A is nearby!
I often go there. People are always polite and professional. The food is always hot and delicious.
