The Hidden Gem Diner - WILLIS

This place lived up to its name! The Hidden Gem did not disappoint. Great omelets, Texas toast, bacon and chocolate chip pancakes. The chef Eric was very serious about making sure each meal was well prepared. If we weren’t stuffed we’d be going back to have lunch! Give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Definitely a hidden gem. I swing by here for breakfast sandwich, and it did not disappoint. Bacon, egg, and cheese on Texas toast… the kind you can’t make better at home. Eric was very kind, and even explain to me how he got the egg to be the perfect size of a Texas toast, which made for a surprisingly unmessy eating experience. 10/10.

Ordered Philly cheese steak, He gave us the wrong order (Sloppy Joe), then was accused of lying about what was ordered. Charged $15.00 for BURNT philly cheese steak on TEXAS TOAST.Other customers had to ask him to Speak up.OWNER, reached out to me via email, was very understanding and apologetic, offered her apologies and a refund, and would address the situation.
