Gaetano's - Willingboro

Chicken wings were horrible, greasy dried out, no flavor. My son had a hamburger he took one bite of it and it was awful.

Either the cooks can't read or don't care, or the order is not being taken properly. I've been coming here for years but it's been a min and I came twice over this past weekend and both times the food was missing items, I was told upon arrival that they were out of what I ordered (mind you, I called the order in and they could've called me back to tell me that) during the second visit and I had to wait for something else to be cooked, I was given the bottom of the pan old, and clumpy, discolored cheese wiz. Charged for cheese the first time and didn't get it and no pickles on the side as requested. To make matters worse I picked up my order last night made it all the way to Bear Delaware to find out my food was still wrong it was not supposed to have tomatoes and onions on it and it had tomatoes and onions on it. I'm greatly disappointed as a food service worker who was an exceptional waitress for years and now a chef. After an 11-hour shift I would hope to come home to not cook and eat one of my favorite sandwiches from gaetano's but I was greatly disappointed twice in 3 days. I would make sure if you were my guest your food would be perfect everything you wanted would be there and if something on the plate doesn't look appealing I wouldn't serve it to you!

I would give it a negative 100 if I could but moving from Philly the hype is overrated the price is ridiculous! Not enough meat it has not taste! Can someone please shred the lettuce correctly. The onions is so big they over power the sandwich. All that money they charge they don’t own a mandolin. OMG the tomatoes are so thick! If you used to a real cheesesteak please don’t spend your money here

News flash! The best cheesesteaks aren’t in Philly. The best cheesesteaks can be found right here at Gaetano’s in Willingboro, NJ! I drove all the way from Philadelphia for this experience and I could not be more pleased! If you want a great cheesesteak with fries cooked and seasoned to perfection, this is the place! You won’t be disappointed!

The food is always good. My driver was the worst and I will pick up my own food in the future. The driver didn't even have the courtesy to leave my package in front of my door. He left my food on the steps leading to Mt door. That was horrible!
