But it took a while to get food and coffee refills. She did a great job. Only two other people were there. Anyway, the food was great and worth waiting. They had some cool breakfast items on the menu, but we just kept it.
We ate here during the stay at the Mountaineer Hotel to drive the Hatfield–McCoy Trails. The diner is just a few blocks away so it's easy to walk from the hotel. Great little diner for breakfast before riding. Very cheap, nice size served, and very clean restaurant and bathroom. The lady worked a great job that took our orders, cooking and serving. She also did a fantastic work with rude customers who did not meet the state restrictions for Covid-19. My family appreciated the victims of this small company to ensure customer security in these unprecedented times.
I was a handful of time there and I really liked this little restaurant. The food was cooked to order and the portions were huge. Of course you have a menu with the railroad. Probably a little hard to find for non-residents because in the outskirts, but worth the trip.
Here for breakfast. Ladies and gentlemen were very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed breakfast with all my soul and stomach. Thanks for the hospitality and the food. I hope you're still here.
We ate here for lunch after riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails from Gilbert. Clean place, friendly staff. The menu had a nice variety. Easy trail access. We will be back.
