Chanello's Pizza - Williamsburg

These two guys are unbelievable! Grayson and Dwayne bust their duff non-stop and run Channelo's like it's their family business. Our large group placed a dozen orders behind several others for pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. Everything was amazing. These guys are NOT paid enough. Bring cash for tips because the credit card EPOS does not offer a tip option (hope the owner reads this and corrects this).

Ordered subs while on vacation. There's nowhere to sit on site and after ordering and paying quite a lot, I was rudely told the bathrooms are closed. Got back to the hotel to eat subs with completely raw onions, mushrooms, and green peppers. Same on the chicken fajita minus the mushrooms. I paid too much to get food that isn't even cooked.

Arrived to Williamsburg late tonight and hungry. Not a lot of places were opened so I ran up to Chanellos that was opened late. I thank another reviewer who recommended the Norfolk sub because it was delicious! Turkey with steak like from a Philly cheesesteak with lots of toppings. Also got hot wings and an Italian sub that were good. Fast service great place for something late at night!

Horrendous customer service while ordering over the phone

Been ordering from this location for over a year now with no issues. Placed an online order today and the two pizzas arrived ahead of schedule, but one pizza was the wrong kind. I called and they delivered the correct one in less than 30 mins. Things happen, thanks for the quick recovery!!
