Blue Talon Bistro - Williamsburg

This is my favorite restaurant; everything they serve is delicious! During my last visit, I had the smoked salmon crêpes, and they were incredible! I highly recommend it!

The food was absolutely delicious!! My son said it was the best burger he has ever had in his life, macaroni and cheese was delicious. The Bistro does a lot of great things for the students at William and Mary, for example they have a night where the students can eat there for a certain price for a home cooked meal.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. The waitress was exceptional, providing attentive service throughout our meal. We ordered the butter-poached chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. To make our special occasion even more memorable, the staff surprised us by putting a candle on my dessert plate. We will certainly be returning to this lovely place!

Such a great place! The atmosphere of a colonial tavern with a hip modern vibe and great food! Jessica, if i can mention her by name, is fabulous. Knows the wine list, the menu, and how to make the whole experience great.

This is one of the best French bistros I've ever visited. Although the menu may seem limited, I would be happy to dine here every chance I get. The food is beautifully presented, and everything is incredibly fresh. The waitstaff is outstanding. We mentioned that the day before our visit was my fiancée's birthday, and when they brought out dessert, they added a candle, which was a lovely touch. From a financial standpoint, I can't imagine finding such excellent bistro-style French cuisine for a better price. We definitely got our money’s worth, although I wouldn’t describe it as 'cheap.'
