Dumpling House Williams Lake

We tried takeout from Dumpling House for the first time today and were quite impressed. The service was excellent, and our food was prepared quickly. We ordered the teriyaki chicken rice, pork and shrimp dumplings, and pork and sauerkraut dumplings. Everything was fresh and delicious! We will definitely be coming back!

We waited quite a while between the veggie chow mien and our 2 types of dumplings. Menu is small. No options for a variety of items on one plate. Wasn’t asked if we wanted anything else even though the man was very friendly. Old Gecko Tree decor. The Gecko Tree was awesome though. I’ll only go back if I’m with a group that wants to go.A lot of the 5 star reviews on this page are actually for the old Gecko Tree.Vegetarian options: Veggie chow mien was noodles with bits of carrot and cabbage only.

We stopped for lunch while passing through town, and we were thoroughly impressed. The pork and sauerkraut dumplings were among the best we've had, rivaling those in Vancouver and Toronto. The wonton soup was flavorful, packed with vegetables, and the chow mein had a homemade touch—neither too salty nor oily, featuring crisp cabbage and carrots. The kimchi was a fantastic addition, bursting with spice and ginger. Highly recommended!

Some excellent items and some good. Dumplings were quite tasty. The pan fried were our preference. The kimchi needed more salt but was okay. Beef ribs were tasty and the beef shank was a bit too dry. I will give them a second try. They are closed 2 to 4:30.
