Subway - Williams Bay

They refused to accept a Subway coupon I received in the mail. Extremely disappointed. Will not return. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Apparently, the sandwich artist was not happy that we were going the cheaper route by splitting a footlong, instead of each getting a six-inch. He was a lot skimpier with the vegetables than the ones at the other Subways we 've been to. Then, when our sandwich was almost done toasting, he decided on his own to add more time, overcooking the cheese and vegetables, and making the bread so tough and rubbery, it was almost impossible to chew. It makes a very poor representation of Subway corporate when the employee deliberately burns your sandwich, just because he 's angry you didn 't get chips, cookies or a drink.

I ordered 20 minutes ahead of time, waited another 30 at the store because he didn’t make my order.

This is the first time in my life I've ever had stale bread at a subway. $19 for 2 6 inch, two chips and a drink. Plus a $3 tip for the kids. This was the most horrible subway experience I've ever had. The one thing that makes Subway great is the warm fresh bread. $20 down the drain. I'll never go to the subway again.

I love this Subway! Great service and great sandwiches!
