Good gluten free pizza at a restaurant on a hotel property. I felt great afterwards.

This place offers gluten free pasta and pizza! Pizza is cooked in the same oven however is in its own dedicated pan that is only used for gluten free pizza and is placed separate from the regular pizza. It is also prepared in a separate dedicated area of the kitchen before going in the oven. They offer 3 different types of gluten free pasta which is also cooked separately. The servers and kitchen are aware of cross contamination. Ate here twice without any issues. They advertise gluten free pasta and pizza on Tuesdays however you can go any day of the week!

Once pizza and pasta ate, it was fine, but I still think I had the pizza. Keep asking.
