Big Tex Bbq - Willcox

Very satisfying classic barbecue, serving brisket, shredded pork, and chicken. My favorite is the stuffed baked potato with barbecued beef brisket (even the small one is a very generous serving). If atmosphere is also important to you, the setting isalso classic , an old rail car across the street from a park and railway station.

Good ribs. Potato salad with dill pickles (I like sweet pickles myself) Cole slaw with vinegar not mayo. Corn fritters are kinda hush puppies with cream corn...thank goodness no jalapeno s.???? so very tasty.

Original Cooking Restaurant! personal and server were friendly, fast and professional service! decor is cool! it is clean inside and outside with lots of parking! easy to find! burger are good! hot apple cake with ice at the place! good food at a good price!

That loved eating because this was a great bbq at a great price. very clean and “woody” ambiente. they seemed to have 88oz beer on the menu. if you dare! great service. this is the place to eat before they meet the city for wine tasting! also look at the crazy texas wash basin in the bathroom! victoryb

There is nothing about this restaurant. each aspekt des ortes seems to have been well planned and perfectly executed. first to eat: well moist, moderately smokey, but not too salty bbq, large portions at a fair price. I had the cornmeal crust fish and my wife had a sandwich. my koleslaw was a little dirty and needed some acid to bring the taste. the construction has a train vehicle built into the design, offers high ceilings with well planned wood that is widely used from floor to deck. the minute details have not been missed. the waiter sports enthusiasts seductive strass bedazzled uniformen, and big tex bbq even has their own private labeled bottles white wine. if you find yourself a little hungry while driving on I-10 in the south-east arizonas, big tex bbq is worth the short way to willcox.
