Never go to this subway unless you want to be disappointed by the quality of the food. WILL NEVER BEGOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.
Terry is a great lady who works hard and is very pleasant to talk with and takes pride in her work. The store looks amazing now. A person like her is a great asset to any business.
The sandwiches were excellent. The place was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and prepared my order promptly. I will definitely be returning.
The staff at this location seem to lack proper training. They were unaware of how to apply a coupon, and I overheard multiple customers in line being told that their coupons would not be accepted. Fortunately, I was able to speak to someone who helped clarify the situation.
I waited for about 20 minutes until a young man came out, talking on the phone with what seemed to be his manager. He informed her that he had found me and then mentioned that they didn’t have the type of tortilla I had requested for my wrap, which confused me since the app had said my order was ready! I told him that I was fine with another wrap option, and he offered me a couple of cookies as an apology, which I accepted. Before he went back inside, he asked me to park in front of the doors next time because he had trouble finding me. I explained that there were no spots available at the front when I arrived, and he apologized. Another 10 minutes passed before another young man came out with my order and apologized for the delay. However, there were no cookies included in the bag. I ended up driving away over half an hour after the scheduled pickup time. The food was delicious, but they really need to fix the app so it accurately reflects the order status and designate parking spots specifically for curbside pickup.
