Not only the accurate, delicious and consistent flavours have returned, But Mohit, Shahdad and rest of the team member 's efforts have started to get noticed. The panache and flair is returning and I wish them best of luck. Keep it up. Regards Ankush Shinghal Mistakes can happen. I fully understand. But it is how you deal with them after makes or breaks customers. Ordered a mean on Sunday the 11th evening at approximately 8:20pm. Did not receive full order. The Delivery driver was apologetic also offered to return his tip. Obviously I didn 't take it back. He explained that the store was under pressure. Also assured that he will get back with the items. No issues. He was not able to come back and I called at least 5 times and no answer. Gave them time on Monday to get back to me . No response. On Tuesday the 13th I called at about 1750 hrs and spoke to Emily. Explained her the situation and she suggested that it was my fault for not calling them back. She also suggested that if I called earlier in the morning they would be in a position to refund. As per her I was calling her 'late evening ' hence they cannot refund for the goods I didn 't receive, but paid for. I did inform them about this review, but it was like talking to the wall. I have to add that she was polite. In my opinion very poor service. As a suggestion to this Otherwise successful Business thy can and should do better.
