Chick-fil-a - Wilkesboro

I took a family out for lunch today and we ordered 3 kids meals and two adult meals spent $34+ for the meal and when my friend took a bite of her sandwich there was a clump of dust/hair on her grilled chicken sandwich, I took it back and showed themanager and she said they would make another and bring it out. I didn?t want to make a scene, but how that could get into foodis beyond me, it was actually difficult for me to eat after seeing that. Then we waited and waited for her sandwich, so a youngman came by asking if everything was ok, I told him we were waiting for my friends sandwich, waited longer and then finally wereceived her sandwich. The workers were friendly but I?m not sure if I would ever go back. I should have taken a picture of it,but out of respect I didn?t want to cause a scene.

Service was fast and friendly. I would give five stars, but tonight was about the third time I've been through the drive-thru lately and didn't get any straws. It's a little hard to drink a milkshake in the car without a straw.

We went to the CFA in N Wilkesboro this past weekend for a family reunion. We stopped by to grab a bite to eat on the way in, and it was exactly as I expected. Fast, friendly, happy to have us, and of course great food! I had the Autumn Milkshake firthe first time and oh wow! So amazing! ??. If we're up that way again we'll definitely stop by!

Stopped in for lunch 8/31 was early 5 min. before lunch was to start being served the lady at the drive thru said she would take the order and I should drive around front and they would bring it out to me no problem I parked around front and waited I sawseveral orders come out but no one came to my car with my order after waiting another 10 min. I went inside and asked them aboutmy order they said they gave it to the wrong person they then processed an new order for me , seems like they would have abetter system to identify the correct car that is to get an order

We pulled into parking lot 10 minutes before closing. Staff still on duty, friendly, had everything we wanted available, unlike other fast food restaurants that are ready to go home 20 minutes before closing. So pleased with the service and the food isalways super good, hot and fresh!!
