This small restaurant opposite a brewery is easy to pass bye, but you should stop and try their traditional dishes. The taste in all the food is amazing, and the price even better. This hidden gem will be seeing me again.

Home-style, cozy restaurant with very good food. Price performance very good, landlady and staff direct, respectable and endearing. The Schalandersaal is also very suitable for larger celebrations and events. We can highly recommend the restaurant.

For the price the food is absolutely ok! It's a shame that it is not clearly stated (on the door and on the card) that credit cards are not accepted. If you read the comments here it's even more incomprehensible. Just to leave no doubt: I have no problem with the paying guest having to adapt to the innkeeper (and not the other way around as usual). What I find irritating, however, is that apparently nothing is learned from the comments and the fault is only looked for in the other person. A little self-reflection certainly wouldn't hurt!

Great food, great service! The prices are also completely fair. The pork knuckle tasted very tasty.

Simple yet tasty Swiss food served in this unpretentious local restaurant. Located close to the Seilpark, its a good place to refuel....cash only though!!
