Wans Kitchen - Wigston

I would give this restaurant no stars if I could! My wife ordered food, paid for it, but never received her order. Despite being promised a refund, she never received one. She has tried calling them repeatedly, but no one answers the phone. We are extremely upset.

The food was supposed to be delivered in an hour, but it took 2 hours to arrive. The delivery man apologized for the delay, but it was still a long wait. To make matters worse, we discovered a long hair in one of the dishes, which completely ruined our appetite. It was difficult to contact the restaurant as all of the phone numbers were out of service.

I have always used and will continue to use this restaurant because they offer good portions of tasty food at a fair price.

Spent £19 on a takeaway on 16/07/23 and never received it! No telephone numbers work! Can’t speak to anyone about the order! Terrible service, AVOID! There’s loads of other chinese restaurants out there who don’t take your money and not deliver food!

Placed order this evening. Money taken and confirmation email received. No food, phone mail box full and shop closed. Fraud at its best. Bank fraud team now dealing
