Mcalister's Deli - Wiggins

I've always had pretty good experiences here until last night. Walked in at 7:40 pm. Ordered 2 potatoes and they said the potatoes are not ready and it will be 25 minutes. I said ok I'll wait. Then they said we can't take the order because it's going to be longer then 15 minutes. I said ok I'll come back in 25 minutes. Then they said if a online order comes in they will be out of potatoes. At this point I asked do you just not want to make them I don't get it. Here we have a business that can't sell a product?

Rudest GM ever i have ever met wanted a brownie for my granddaughter was frozen wich they told me no issues there but waiting 15 minutes for 3 employees to figure out on how to break it so i asked for my money back when i encountered the GM Kerry who was pretty rude wont be back Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Lost my order once waited 30 minutes for a sandwich. Second and third time was served the incorrect order. If you go at lunch time put your patience hat on .

How does this place have 4 stars?! No toilet paper in the disgusting bathroom and more tables dirty than clean but 5 girls standing behind the counter talking. When asked for a manager I was asked which one. You mean there's more than one and that place looks the way it does? No thank you, Ill take my business somewhere else... gross Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I loved the place, they are friendly but the food is more vegetarian, it is not to my taste but it was delicious Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
