Sizzlers - Wigan

Food is lovely. However the staff are extremely rude, ignore you and occasionally look up to give you a dirty look. Found it very uncomfortable to stand in a shop and give money to people for food yet they deem us an inconvenience. Will not be returning to a takeaway where the staff make you feel awful, are ignorant and throw dagger eyes at you. Always loved the food but the food ain’t worth the feeling of being uncomfortable and confused of why people are so rude for NO REASON.

I always used to get the £7.50 sizzler kebab, 1 because it was big enough for 2 people and secondly it was packed with different meat, it says the kebab is a mix of 3 meats but these days they pack it full of donner instead of chicken and shish, the last one I ordered it barely fed two people it was quite disappointing to spend £7.50 on a standard size kebab, sizzler it’s your customers you are letting down and without us you won’t have a business, if you want to down scale your food portions or quality the cut the price to reflect that.

Order a kebab and garlic bread and took 2 hours 30 mins . When it come I was told its weekend would help if they did not use taxis from Bolton and give them multiple drops and no means to keep food Warm.. so I received the food was stone cold . I open up the kebab it was like spot the meat shocking. So I rang up.to ask for a refund and was told to bring it bck . Imagine if you dnt drive or live a distance away .so I brought it bck and argued for 10 minutes as he tried to say its cold because I brought it bck . They said I would get refund but I made sure I got an message of the company first as I knew they would not do it . I would not feed my dog here. Bad attitude even worse food and I could of got a delivery from London quicker. Fantastic achievement to be worst take away 1 . Would rather starve than go to this dump again

Each time i order here i have had excellent service. The food is delicious, and always arrives hot, the delivery time is very good. Overall it well deserves a 5 star rating.

Ordered it on the app , waited 2 hours for our order , rang up and they lied and said it will be 25 minutes we asked him repeatedly have you started the order and he said no he has not started it yet and he said have you ordered and we said ye and he said I’ll check and said that he’s not started it yet after 2 hours of waiting and said it will only be 25 minutes , ye right it takes you 20 mins cook chicken and pizza and then kebab and then delivery gonna take another 1hr 30 mins ABSOLUTELY NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DISGUSTING RUDE TONE ON THE PHONE ASIF HE DOESNT CARE
