Burger King - Wigan

Called late afternoon and it was empty. No greeting or anything from staff who almost made us feel guilty for disrupting their day. The food was cold and the burger buns not as fresh as they could have been. We were not given or offered serviettes dips or anything and had to request them. Asking to be re served with a hot portion of chips did not appear to be taken well but was done begrudgingly. No thank yous or basic manners either which indicates to me some basic staff training issues.

The burger buns are crumbly dont appear to be fresh in 4 different locations.maybe they should get a better bakery

First and last time ordering for delivery. We got someone elses order and when we rang up multiple times there was no answer. I don't know what is so hard to deliver the right bag of food to the right house. We even had the receipt with the other customers name and phone number

Got exactly what we ordered, food was quality, staff were friendly, We visit this place at least twice a month, never had any cause to complain or be concerned.

Visited Burger King with grandchildren at the weekend. The place is a mess, not clean, not looked after. Chairs piled up in corner, information taped to tables looks like kids have done it. Not stuck down well and a harbour for germs. Windows dirty, stains on ceiling and ceiling panels missing. Witnessed a young male wiping tables, did not have any spray or water, just a dirty cloth. He didnt seem to know tables have edges, just did a circle in middle of table and that was it cleaned!, was wiping multiple seats and tables with same cloth. When questioned he just laughed. Toilets bad, used the family/disabled toilet. Plaster falling off ceiling, dirty cleaning buckets in corner. Food passable but only just, but was not worth the money. Considering this place has been closed for so long would have expected it to be spotless when reopened after lockdown. Not so!! Wished we had gone elsewhere.
