Der Andechser Im Ratskeller - Wiesbaden

Excellent example for Bavarian cuisine. outside the alps, this is now my favourite place to grab “comfort food”. the menu is munter without being much. the atmosphere is beautiful and plays in the “Ratskeller” motiw. it is located under a church and draws thema and inspiration from it. they have bright on design, a wonderful beer from south amuseous and much more. the restaurant is visited by tourist and americans from the local military base. lunch is quiet, dinner is busy and louder.

Open for eating in the open area is not yet open. lena the waitress was friendly and helpful with us. carving with sprinkling and sniffing was great and not excessively heavy and the piggy was exactly what they would wish with a great help of sour wort.

Unrivaled traditional German specialities in matching indoor outdoor spaces. Great place to watch people.

Excellent restaurant. eating was great and the atmosphere under the church was great. the bricks were high and fought and it was bright. the swedish was great. the beer was good and they offered alcohol-free beer as option. we shared boards and we had a good rehearsal of their options. I would recommend it.
