This is definitely one of the best hair salons I have ever been to. It's conveniently located in the first district of Vienna, easily accessible by public transport. The service is simply superb- Evelyn, the receptionist, is really attentive. She took my coat, brought me coffee, led me to the place by the big table. Note on the interior- this place is amazing. There's plenty of space, one big table without mirrors so you cannot see the stylist at work until the very end. I got my hair done by Patricia couple of times- I simply tell or show her the style I want and she modifies the hairstyle so it suits my face shape and skin tone. I trust her completely!

This salon is beautiful and the staff is very nice, but you might walk out of here with a haircut that looks like it belongs in the early 2000s. The vision of the hairdresser is not modern in any way. When someone says the want long layers why would you ever think that they want to look like Rachel Green from the first season of Friends? That cut is so outdated. I will have to wait forever for these annoying chunky short layers to grow out. Sigh.
