Would definitely recommend Sebastiano's. We hadn't made a reservation but they managed to accommodate us. Warm welcome from friendly and attentive waiters. Delicious bruschetta to begin with followed by risotto and pappardelle. We were going on to a concert so no time for the delicious...desserts others have mentioned. Next time!

A farewell dinner for a dear lady host who celebrates great birthdays. their choice. anesthetic to say I never had tried skallops! They were amazing (if more have and will now try to cook them themselves)! the risotto that I haven't eaten for almost...20 years, after a bad experience in an london restaurant was the best of all time! dessert was divided selection for 2; dare I say I had eaten the delicious melange myself? the service and welcome of the host were impeccable. can't wait to go back! that's a lot of exclamation, but we'll be earned. many thanks for a fabulous ending of an unforgettable journey into my favorite city of the world (good, together with london.)

Stumbled upon this place- what a nice surprise! Very welcoming staff in cute courtyard. No problem getting English translation explanation of blackboard menu; seasonal, high Italian dishes not a red sauce joint). Everything was delicious, fairly priced for what it is. Very...charming, a great break from wurst and schnitzel.

I cannot understand the negative reviews posted recently. I visit the place frequently for lunch and did once for dinner in June. The style is somehow upper Italian with the menu presented on a chalk board. This is not a simple Pizzeria but it offers...various courses for Antipasto, primo, secondo etc. . Of course it is not cheap but I found the prices appropriate to the quality and amount. The garden yard is nice as well as the rooms. If you look for better Italian Food in Vienna this is a good choice.
