I've lived in several cities across the US and this family restaurant in Wichita has some of the best Shawarma I've ever had.

We stopped a bit late as the lunch buffet almost over but there was plenty to eat and good selection, the kabob tray was empty but our server assured us that she will bring more as it get done. She brought the kabob to the table and it was one of the bestI have tasted. Very well done , great food and excellent service

The server was so very patient with me on my first visit. The buffet was a wonderful way to sample quite a few dishes for a very reasonable price. The flavors were fantastic! I couldn't even choose a favorite because they are all my new favorites! Can't wait to go again and again!

The restaurant and market were bright and impeccably clean, with fresh flowers adorning the tables. The pride of ownership was clear in the beautiful decor and overall tidiness. A kind gentleman, whom we assumed to be the owner, provided outstanding customer service. Despite his kitchen and waiting staff leaving him to manage everything alone during our visit, he took the time to make us feel welcome and valued. The food was fresh and flavorful. Personally, I prefer gyro meat to have a bit more texture; it was a bit softer than I like, but the seasonings were spot on. The hummus was excellent in both taste and texture. My husband enjoyed the beef shawarma as well. We will certainly give it another try in the future.
