Wendy's - Wichita

The service was slow. paid for my eating in the window and was asked what my order was after I had paid (roll eyes). Careless..unmotivated employees

It was slower service. men in training. ordered from 4 meals 1 was wrong.

The drive thru lines seem to always have lengthy wait times, at least 15 minutes at any given time, and 6 out of 10 times the order is incorrect, The food good, and the staff is courteous nice about correcting the errors, but always check your order before driving off.

Their hours are incorrect, as their lobby is no longer open. There is nothing posting to reflect this, they just keep the doors locked. I went on Sunday at 8pm and their system was down so no orders. The most frustrating thing is every time I’ve gone the last 12 months there is always something missing from my order, and since you can only use the drive thru, the line is awful, huge inconvenience and little care for customers.

I love the chicken nuggets. They are even great all by themselves. I was disappointed with Wendy's last night. My sister was wanting a salad. She was told they didn't have the salad she ordered. She selected another salad and was told that salad was also unavailable. She asked if she could get 2 grilled chicken patties. First the charge was going to be over 11. Dollars. We explained, we only wanted 2 plain grilled chicken patties. Then the cost was down to $8.00. We decided to forgo the grilled chicken patties. The window person was not helpful.
