Wendy's - Wichita

The service was extremely slow, and the young man working there was quite rude. He gave me and others in line the impression that he didn't want to be there at all. On top of that, I was informed that their payment machine was down, which wasn't a huge issue for me initially, but when they didn’t refund my money, I had to leave, make a quick trip to get cash, and then turn around to come back and get my money. It was particularly frustrating given the popularity of this location.

I arrived at 12:53 PM, but they couldn't assist me because they closed seven minutes earlier. Although their hours state they are open until 12:00 PM, this has not been the first issue I've had with this place. Half the time I go there or place an order through their app, I encounter problems.

The cheeseburgers here are consistently delicious! The fries are great as well. I'm a big fan of their chili; you can get a massive family-sized portion for just $9.99. I always request crackers and their spicy chili sauce to go with it. Fun fact: my first job was at Wendy's, back when they had the salad bar in the middle of the dining area.

Unprofessional crew, I set a mobile order and was told to move forward while the order was prepared. waited 15 minutes, and only half of my order was received. the lobby was already closed, so went to drive back, let them know that I lacked 2 biggie bags, 2 drinks, and was said we have no more coffee, I can not just make a big pot and can not refund for mobile order. after a long 12-hour drive we decided for frostys

The staff has been nice, but I rarely get my entire drive -thru order . Tonight I paid $9 for a 10 piece nuggets with fries and a drink. Asked for bbq sauce. Also ordered a pecan chicken salad. Didn 't get the fries or bbq sauce. The piece of chicken in the salad from other locations is usually larger and served nicely. Tonight it was chopped up, much less of a portion and tossed haphazardly into the bag like my combo meal . I love Wendy 's food. Not from this location unfortunately.
