The Old Spaghetti Factory - Wichita

Food is great service is not good. Once we received our food we didn't see our waitress and had to asked another waiter for more drinks. In our area there were three tables with customers so it wasn't like they were over booked. This is our second time there and both times we have had the same results. I've even talked to the manager and he said he would take care of it. But nothing has changed so I don't think we'll be back.

While we had a very good time at the spaghetti factory. As far as taste on the food goes, I felt like the marinara sauce was a little bland the Alfredo sauces were actually very good and had plenty of flavor the salads, it's just pretty plain the service we received. Though be, it slow was quite pleasant. The atmosphere was really, really gportion. Sizes on the food, however, quite unremarkable.

We went there for a birthday party. The food was good, the service was great. We had a good time!Kid-friendliness: We had 3 kids in our party and each one had menu items they liked, each one ordered something different.

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant.The server (and her shadow/trainee) were courteous and attentive, but not overbearing.The food was very good.The atmosphere was very nice. I especially liked the purple couch seats! I may have to try those next time I come in!

They were short a waitress so the manager was our waitor along another young lady, and I mean to tell you it was the best service I have had in a long time. The food was excellent and the dining room was immaculate. I normally don't give 5 stars all the time but I would give 10 stars.Kid-friendliness: The kids plates were very big.
