The Flying Stove - Wichita

My wife and I had lunch there today when they were at the downtown food truck court. Both had their BBLT sandwich and water. Ordering was quick and food was ready in between 5-10 minutes. It was a good sized sandwich on a ciabatta roll which was tasty. Bacon was nice and thick and the sauce n the sandwich had a nice tangy spicy ness to it. A very nice lunch

Bomb Diggity Bomb! When it comes to a restaurant quality meal for an incredible price, The Flying Stove is where it's at! Stopped in today at the Pop-up Park on Douglas to grab a quick bite to eat and got the Beer Braised Pork Ciabatta and man let me tell you what, that is the best Damn pork sandwich I have ever had. Sure beats any BBQ joint I've been too. Also got the Truffle Fries, whoaaa, talk about flavor town goodness. Super friendly guys and they take plastic. I love the flying stove. Their burger is out of this world delicious. Big fan of their flag fries, they are perfect treat. Especially since The Stove is kind enough to spend some time at the breweries, those fries are perfect with a cold beer. Always have something new and interesting on their menu that's tasty. Super helpful and friendly staff. Always a pleasure to enjoy their food! If you haven't tried them, go ahead and go to Facebook to see their schedule! Won't regret it.

They 're legitimately better than most restaurants. Menu changes often and location changes daily. Keep up with their latest options but never be afraid to explore! Love them so much we used them for our wedding reception! They have such creative, innovative dishes we couldn 't think of anyone else that could throw a Hawaiian themed and influenced menu together with our personal tastes of what they and we experience differently in Hawaii and specifically more toward Kauai. We even asked for a vegan option which they nailed and was one of the hits of the party. They took our criticism or notes constructively and also came up with amazing combinations of both our ideas! I 'd truly rather eat with 'The Stove ' than at most restaurants.

I can’t even put into words how consistently delicious The Flying Stove’s food is! Burger Truffle Fries are a must try!
