Contribuiți la feedbackThe service was terrible and downright rude. I didn’t appreciate being told repeatedly that certain dishes would cost extra; we already understand how it works. As someone who works in customer service, I know how to treat customers better.
I drove there by car, and the sandwich was just average, typical of what you would expect from Subway.
The service was quite slow! I had to wait 20 minutes for a child's meal.
Touch screen at drive through didn't work. Car in front of me had to open door to get to all of the screen and I did to.
Bread and sandwich toppings are always fresh (5 stars) but they are very stingy with the veggies on the sandwiches (2 stars). Ask for extra to get even close to what is expected, advertised, and offered at other Subways. Service is pretty good (4 stars). Order ahead is convenient, even if picking up can be awkward because they don’t use the pickup shelf (4 stars).
