Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Wichita

The drive thru was busy, and I’m sure how short workers like any other restaurant in the city, but I made a special trip-over lunch in the traffic to a spicy huh sandwich they said there was an additional 4 minutes to cook it-ok ride thru was long, so I thought it would be ready when I came to the window and it was great but the girl eating was great. when I had to work, it was such a disappointment to see the tendernesses and kartomas instead of a sandwich and red beans and rice. (:and the windows of the place are dirty, which disturbs me.

Ordered two meals. Had to wait over 20 minutes and still did not get the order correct. Missing chicken, apple pies. And female at the drive up was rude and and uncooperative. No refund givenfor missing food

This location can and really needs to do better. It’s ridiculous to have your guest wait in line 20-30 minutes. If the staff here can’t get it together and be organized, ready to serve then you need to fire and rehire individuals who can and will bring 100% to the business. Until you get it together we won’t be back!

Didn't have any of the sides I ordered so they sent mashed potatoes. Chicken was good though. Dissatisfied.

Me and my mom loved the blackened chicken tenders there with the mashed potatoes and Cajun gravy and biscuit and my sister Aimee loved the classic chicken tenders there with the macaroni and cheese and biscuit there and the blackened ranch was yummy and the sweet heat was amazing and the bold BBQ was yummy also.
