Kfc - Wichita

I highly recommend that the staff check their orders, even when it's not busy. My experience at KFC was the worst I've ever had. The food was soggy and excessively greasy! They messed up my order—it was incomplete, and when I asked for a refund for the missing items, they refused. The employee mentioned it was "company policy," but what about the money we spent? I believed their claims about maintaining quality, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. It seems like they lack effort in performing their jobs properly. I plan to file a complaint with the company and will insist on receiving a full refund for the terrible food I received. These positions aren’t complex, yet they still manage to fail at basic service!

When I asked if all of my food was ready, she ignored me. I took my food to my truck, and just three minutes later, another customer tapped on my window to say, "Sir, they're calling for you." I went back inside to get three large bags of food. The customer next to me remarked that the situation was ridiculous and suggested that they should have relocated their younger staff and apologized. Honestly, I don't think this older lady should be working with customers at all.

In the past month, I've visited this restaurant five times during my lunch break at 8 PM, only to find that they were out of chicken. I really enjoy KFC, but this has been the worst location in Wichita. I believe the owners of Chick-N-Max are benefiting from their success as they took away a block of business from this place.

First of the woman who took my order on 8/25/22 at 11:45-11:50am was rude. second in my famous bowl there were only about 2 teaspoons engraved. the third one did not get my cookies and had to pay $9.12. I think I could stop going to the KFC period because this experience was the last draw. kfc must either refund me or send me a voucher for a free meal.

I am always polite when I order through the drive through, pull up to pay and sure to say thank you before I exit. After ordering accessories due to me being in the middle of moving, no utensils or condiments currently. I made sure to order in the drive through and ask the lady handing us our order wearing a vertical pen-stripe top (indicating management to me) she open the bag, looked in and said ya everything 's in there while patting the sides. Shame on me for not triple checking before I left... excuse me while I try to drink my famous bowl. How hard is it.
