Jimmy's Egg Wichita, Douglas Hydraulic

I always make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in Wichita. I like to try something different each time, and everything has been fantastic.

This morning, I encountered a lone cook surrounded by a wall of tickets, and let me tell you, he deserves a pat on the back for the incredible breakfast he prepares! It was absolutely delicious! Even though I'm not usually a fan of omelettes, this breakfast completely changed my perspective. The biscuits and gravy omelette, paired with hash browns and an additional side of biscuits and gravy, was to die for. Two thumbs way up! If you're nearby, or even if you're not, you absolutely have to give this place a try – you won't be disappointed!

The food is good and I like to make my own breakfast or lunch and I can there.

The portions are generous, the atmosphere is clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Service is prompt, and the food is served quickly. While they don’t offer an allergen menu, there are plenty of options available for those with gluten and dairy allergies.
