Georges French Bistro - Wichita

George's is hands down the best restaurant in Wichita. The oysters with mignonette were an excellent choice to start off with, especially since they're included in the happy hour menu. The cocktails were delicious, with my first one being dangerously good. The beet salad was the best salad I've ever had and the filet with demi-glacier was perfectly cooked. Even the Haricot-fruits were amazing, adding flavor to the dish. My husband had the barramundi with seafood risotto and we both loved it. The service was impeccable, with our server being friendly and attentive. The manager and chef also made sure to check in with us throughout the meal. Overall, this restaurant is a true gem and we can't wait to go back for another amazing meal. It's definitely one of the best dining experiences we've had, not just in Wichita, but worldwide.

This was our first visit to Georges, where we celebrated a special occasion. Our server, Caroline, was very knowledgeable about the menu and made sure our needs were met. She was great! The general manager, Ben, was also fantastic. He initially wanted to treat us, but got sidetracked due to the busy restaurant. However, he called us later to apologize, which I thought showed great character. He promised to make it right the next time we visit Georges. We are grateful for the excellent dining experience. Excellent wait staff. There when you need them, but not there to bother you constantly. Food was superb. I keep going back to try new things and have never been disappointed.
