Freddy's Frozen Custard - Wichita

Burgers were over-salted, but service window was friendly and patient, when I needed to change my order.

When you have an allergy to a food, they cook everything else sit out front to get cold. Then you have to wait for the rest of your food, a burger, due to an onion allergy. I would have rather waited longer to have all of my food at once all of it hot.

The staff here are amazing and the food is fresh as it gets!

Despite them being super busy the employees were very apologetic and I was stunned by this action as I've never been anywhere, where it was slammed and the employees felt the need to apologize for being so busy and taking a bit longer than usual. I thank them for their patience and speedy ness as well as thanking them for a great job done. I'm sure they were probably not treated so well by some customers that are inpatient out side in the long line that wrapped around the building or the long lines inside. I can truly say they were working hard and keeping up with the orders the best they could. So thank you for great customer service

Freddy's is my new favorite hamburger shop. It's been fantastic everytime. My wife and I order single burgers, they're not on the front menu but easy to order. Best fries out of the usual suspects. Surprisingly haven't had the custard yet.
