Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Wichita

The food was excellent. However, I noticed that only one staff member came from the back to help us, while the other employees were busy laughing and chatting among themselves. Fortunately, this particular staff member made sure our order was taken and delivered our shakes quickly.

The dairy products here are exceptional—much better than the diluted options available at local stores.

The dining area of the restaurant was quite dirty and cluttered, with trash, leftover food, and discarded face masks scattered around. All the tables and chairs were unwashed, and the trash bins were overflowing. Even the bins in the kitchen were excessively full. During our visit, a staff member passed by but appeared oblivious to the mess, and no one came to clean or check on the area. I was very disappointed, especially since this is a newly opened restaurant.

The food was fairly good, but it was obvious that the staff had little interest in keeping the restaurant clean. They mostly spent their time chatting instead of cleaning up. The quality here has really deteriorated. I can't recommend this place unless you're comfortable dining in a setting with dirty tables, litter everywhere, and employees who overlook their responsibilities.

After a long wait, I finally managed to place my order for a cheeseburger with onions and ranch on the side. The staff member who took my order said nothing, and when I paid, I mentioned that my meal was for takeout. When my number was called, the food wasn’t in a takeout bag, so I asked for one. A woman gave me a look as if I was being a nuisance. I decided not to pursue the issue further, but unfortunately, my entire order was wrong, which was incredibly frustrating. They even topped my ice cream with a soda lid but didn’t secure it, causing ice cream to spill everywhere. During the whole experience, not one employee acknowledged me while I was trying to order. There are even more details I could share, but do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location!
