Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Wichita

My husband and I walked in tonight to get a banana split after dinner. As we were waiting in line, we noticed that not one staff member was wearing gloves. The person behind the counter coughed into his hand then proceeded to grab the ice cream scoop with it after. Another staff member was holding an ice cream cone in her bare hands. No napkin around the cone. We were so grossed out that we walked out. No thank you. You need to get your staff trained on cleanliness and hygiene.

Poor cust service and horrible management. they mess up orders a lot. they are very, very slow. several times food was wrong, really bad, outdated, and overcooked, and made me sick. Just an overall train wreck there.

The food was good and service was ok. Clean. Plastic utensils are very cheap and cut thru hot butter.

I started going to Braums in Derby 30 years ago. No matter where you go, they have always had great milk shakes along with having the best deals on dairy products.

Took my Pre- K students on a field trip to this particular location store #78 in Wichita, Kansas what an outstanding crew! Thank you, We will be back.
