Blue Fin Sake - Wichita

The fried rice with shrimp was amazing and well worth the price. I had never tried it before and I will definitely order it again. The fast service on a busy night was very satisfying.

Wow. Absolutely amazing. I would rate it 100000/10. I tried some smoky and interesting flavored (chef's choice) sushi that I never would have thought to try. I had two pieces and it was the best taste I've ever experienced. I wish I knew what it was. The burrito was also incredible, and the rest of the sushi was fresh and delicious. Thank you so much!

I received my hibachi order, but it was missing from my delivery. It was disappointing that the restaurant did not thoroughly check the order before sending it out.

Generally, the food is good from here, but this must be an off night. The Steamed Rice had a seaweed (or similar) garnish on it that overpowered what was expected to be basic rice, and the same garnish was used on the Fried Rice and steak, again overpowering the taste of everything else. The sushi only had shrimp in about half of the pieces and was missing wasabi. The Edamame was perfect!

Quite literally the worst sushi tempura I apos;ve ever tried. I ordered the crab roll which turned out to not be crab at all but white fish packaged as fake crab meat. Additionally there was no wasabi or ginger and the "soy sauce" was also fake and so terrible I couldn apos;t use it. I also ordered tempura vegetables shrimp. This was NOT tempura. It was just panko breaded and also not at all good. The 3 vegetables consisted of a*single* sliver of onion, one undercooked and nearly raw crown of broccoli, and one sliver of sweet potato. The 3 shrimp was actually 3 halves of butterfly shrimp. And in no one apos;s imagination would this actually be classified as tempura. I will never order from this awful place again. It apos;s a fake ripoff posing as Japanese.
