Baskin-robbins - Wichita

I just called this Baskin Robbins to order a cake, and the guy informed me that they don’t accept custom orders. He mentioned that there are 40 cakes available for selection. Alright then. He seemed a bit annoyed that I reached out. The website has a comprehensive list of cakes they offer, but apparently this location in Wichita, KS does not.

The person who runs this shop is truly wonderful and made my day! I would gladly return to this location! The ice cream is delicious, and the service is fantastic!

Our experience was unfortunately marred by Jaidan's rude and disrespectful behavior. They rushed us while we were ordering and even slammed the window shut in my face.

I don't understand how they manage to sell anything. Every time I've tried to go when they’re supposed to be open, they've always been closed.

This restaurant is frequently closed when it should be open. Their milkshakes aren't made properly; it's more like drinking milk with some scoops of ice cream added in. I won’t be returning here in the future.
