Papa Johns Pizza - Wichita Falls

The workers were very disastrous and terrible customer service, the pizza looked like a 5-year-old made it and took it back, they said nothing without suffering or we will make it better. Saw a woman just playing with the flour plus text on her phone good advice small Ceasars is 100x better than her garbage pizza never going back I will go back.

I have a big pizza and Jalapeño bites. The food was excellent.

Terrible service and presentation of pizza. The pizza looked like someone had a party before it came to me and was also stone cold. The manager told her the problem she said she'd destroy it. I didn't want to take the risk again, so I went up there. Show her the pizza, and she jumped back and went ew. Did you tell her I don't have to make a trip here, that's an inconvenience there's something she can do to make it right? She was sneaky and said no, I did it again, a nice night. I then asked about her member because I can turn to the company, then she just ignored me and played with her phone. Then I looked rudely like what you want. I repeated myself and she was even more rude and wouldn't even give me a number to call her. She claims her father, but she didn't let me raise the problem.

I put my order on the phone, they took all my information when I go to pick up my order my name was never in the system, nor my information the lady in the front and the manager had settings when I asked if I was charged after 20 minutes I was decided to get food somewhere else

If you know me, you know I love me some Papa Johns. My deliveries always arrive either earlier then expected or right on time! The drivers are also always really nice and friendly. I use to order from other Pizza places until I tried out Papa Johns one day and fell in love, it’s definitely the crust! Overall, I actually recommend Papa Johns to friends and family when ordering pizza! ?
