Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I had the crispy chicken sandwich. Light breading, real chicken breast and it was juicy. It was delicious.

Friendly staff and the restaurant is clean. Food is fresh and hot.

Located in Wichita Falls, TX, this Freddy's Frozen Custard is the only one in town. The facility is clean and welcoming, with a busy menu board that may take some time to decide what to order. We tried the Original Double combo, the Bacon Cheese Double combo, and the Signature Turtle sundae. The burgers were delicious and fresh, the onion rings were crispy and perfectly fried (although we wish there were more), and the shoestring fries were salty and tasty. The chocolate shake was rich and the Turtle sundae with caramel and hot fudge was delightful. The self-service drink area was well-stocked and clean, although we found the regular drink cups didn't have the correct sized lids. The dining area had plenty of seating, including a covered outdoor patio with two tables (although it was too hot to eat outside at the moment). The bathrooms were clean and even had baskets with feminine products, a small gesture of kindness likely made by the manager or franchise owner. Overall, we had a great dining experience at Freddy's Frozen Custard in Wichita Falls. Parking was ample and wheelchair accessibility was available with a ramp and handicap spots near the door, although assistance may be needed to open the standard-sized entryway doors for those using walkers or wheelchairs.

Good service. The food's is great. A little pricey but not too bad.

The food was no doubt delicious, but what really stood out was the amazing service. We were greeted as we walked in, and since it was our first time, we were even given some recommendations, too.
