Staff friendly and facility clean. Staff very pleasant when my granddaughter ordered cake ppp hot chocolate then returned for another kids hot chocolate. Drink was the right temp for her to drink immediately. Will bring her sgain.

Mocha Frappuccino for me, and well made, quickly, and with attentive smiles.

Worker at drive thru was male with long brown hair shoulder length, and facial hair. He was very condescending. His default was to say, “I didn’t take the order, just accepting payment,” when needing to clarify the order. Felt condescending as I was a barista for years, so when he acted like I had little knowledge between the difference of a cold brew, iced Americano, or iced latte, I wanted to clarification they were making it right since they informed me they were out of cold brew.
