Kelly's Family Diner - Wichita East

Wait staff never smiles and I have never served at any establishment that walks up to a table and ask what are you having. No kindness at all. The food was wonderful though. Maybe ask staff to at least act like they like their job.

We absolutely love Kelly's everything about it, food is amazing, staff makes you feel welcome.

We were put in the back then felt like we were forgotten and when I got a waitress attention she had an attitude. She kept visiting with her daughter and then making excuses like it was not her fault soup was served with dinner instead of 1st course and she said it had just gotten done? Excuse me I've been a waitress and soup and salad are our check list. Love the food. Great customer service. Never leave hungry that's for sure!
