Hana Cafe - Wichita East

First timer at Hana. How I never knew of this place is beyond me. The service was wonderful and the quality of the sushi was top notch. We started out with the seaweed salad and edamame. Yummm! We ordered the Crunch Target Roll, Shrimp Tempera Roll and the Mango Roll. All was absolutely delicious and it was all decently priced.

We've always enjoyed the food and drinks. The sushi and other food always seem fresh and well prepared.The vibe seems a little off though... never seems like there's a single customer in there; even on a Friday/Saturday night.

Great food and service. Family said Miso is best in town. Was surprised that our order came out on the boat but made it a surprising experience. They all worked together to make sure our service was top notch.

I has been a long time since I came back to Hana Cafe. The food hasn't changed and still delicious. The lady owner provided very quick service. We got our food in no time. The ambiance is still beautiful and moody. She even showed us how to eat correctly, not that I needed it, but it showed the level of care and attention. She was so hospitable. One recommendation is if you know something, don't be afraid to ask the wait staff.
